This is a 2-Day Webinar that is taking place over two days with 3-hour long sessions each day.
All participants must attend both days in order to receive the 0.6 CEUs for this class.

Program Focus: This program focuses on methods designed to build strong teams. The class is designed for senior-level staff members and managers and leaders.  Elements and techniques designed to assist the managers in communicating with staff and understanding how to use evaluations of employees as a team builder.  Know your strengths as a leader and how to be an effective communicator. More and more leaders are leading in environments of rapid disruption — and they're leading teams who are not co-located. Today, with increased travel restrictions and reduced budgets, that has intensified. My Experience:

I have served as an inspector, plan reviewer and Building Official for the past 50 years.  I am a member of several professional organizations and have served on the International Code Council (ICC) Performance Standards Committee, Exam re-write committee,  Education committee and the California code 2000 re-write committee.  I am an Honorary Member of California Building Officials Past Presidents Association, elected to the Building Officials Hall of Fame and awarded the State of California's Helen Putnam Award for Government Efficiency.


Master of Business Administration with Minor in Construction Management, Bachelor of Science with Minor in Construction Management, Associates of Arts Degree in Building Inspection Technology, and University of Wisconsin - Madison College of Engineering study . I have provided classes on a variety of building code related and government administration topics over the last fifty-years.
