Course Description: 
This program focuses on methods designed to break communication gaps between building department professional and the public, political community and appointed representatives. Elements and techniques designed to assist the Building Department professional in facing challenges to maintain ethical legal and code compliance standards for professional image enhancement is the program's objective.

  • Building Official for various Jurisdictions throughout California with 51+ years of Experience -Organize, direct, train, coordinate all City projects, coordinate all private projects with Planning, Fire, and Engineering, computer committee, prepare staff reports for City Council Meetings including presentations and resolutions; represent municipality as their expert in the field of code enforcement. Mr. Knox has over twenty years of experience in the building industry.
